Key Responsibilities: Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
Maintain requirements traceability across design, build, and testing
Identify gaps, risks,



and dependencies; recommend practical solutions
Contribute to analysis standards, templates, and working methods
Requirements: Two to five years in business or systems analysis
Robust requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation skills
Experience supporting development teams and user acceptance testing
Working knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery approaches
Diploma or degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
