Build accounting experience at Calgary Airports as an Accounting Co-op Student, supporting reconciliations, invoicing, and financial data in a hybrid environment.
This full-time, 12-month term starts January 4, 2027, with two positions available. You will support the Accounting team’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities. The work provides exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, capital records, payments, and audits.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable invoicing
Support disbursements, payments, and daily accounting tasks
Prepare reconciliations and review entries for month-end closings
Update capital records and maintain accurate systems data
Organize documents and update files for audits
Requirements: Enrollment in a qualifying post-secondary co-op program
Documentation confirming the work term is academically required
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a RAIC
Strong organization and attention to detail
Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn current tools
Apply accounting, reconciliation, invoicing, and data-entry skills while supporting accurate financial operations at Calgary Airports.
