As a Specialist Nurse within Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust’s CASH service, you will support male and female clients of all ages. The post involves contraception, sexual health, pregnancy advice, and care for vulnerable people with complex needs. You will work within a multidisciplinary team while supporting young people, including those who are looked after or have disabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care
Provide contraception and sexual health services
Perform pregnancy testing and appropriate referrals
Support young people after pregnancy or infection diagnoses




Maintain clinic, pharmacy, equipment, results, and audit processes
Requirements: Specialist knowledge supporting a high level of clinical practice
Ability to provide confidential, welcoming, non-judgmental services
Understanding of Fraser Guidelines and child protection requirements
Commitment to NMC codes and professional standards
Ability to mentor students and junior staff
Use specialist nursing, counselling, contraception, and sexual health expertise to provide protected, informed care through CASH services.
