Position Summary We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Montréal. This role is critical to our growth, focused on generating new business opportunities, building pipeline, and driving lead generation efforts .
As the first point of contact with prospective clients, you will play a key role in introducing Fuel It’s services and creating strong relationships with potential B2B partners.
Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
Initiate high-volume outbound calls to introduce Fuel It’s services to prospective clients
Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team
Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients and partners
Execute targeted telemarketing and outreach campaigns to increase brand awareness
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the pipeline
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently

Requirements What We’re Looking For Solid communication skills in English and French (bilingual required)
Proven ability or strong interest in lead generation and outbound sales
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
Results-driven with a competitive and proactive mindset
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is an asset
B2B sales or customer-facing experience is preferred
