This Specialized Services Labourer supports varied projects involving materials handling, confined space entry, environmental work, and technical rescue. You may serve as an entrant, manwatch, or rescue attendant during confined space projects, including tank cleanings. The work also includes railcar operations, decontamination, and emergency spill response under project direction.
Key Responsibilities: Execute chemical and petroleum transfers with materials handling
Support confined space entry and tank cleaning projects
Respond to HAZMAT emergencies and spills
Transload, clean, and purge liquid and solid railcars
Assist environmental, decontamination, and technical rescue projects
Requirements: Physical fitness and ability to work long hours
Willingness to travel regionally with overnight stays
Organized, motivated, and meticulous approach
Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Ability to follow direction; mechanical aptitude preferred
