The Box Office Manager leads sales, staffing, and overall box office operations for a busy performing arts venue. Reporting to the Managing and Artistic Director, this customer-focused position partners with Front of House and Volunteer Coordination. Responsibilities include Theatre Manager ticketing, client follow-up, event administration, and communications. The venue presents music, dance, theatre, and community rentals.
Key Responsibilities: Manage box office sales, staffing, and overall operations
Set up events using Theatre Manager ticketing software
Follow up with clients regarding specific events




Coordinate weekly E-Blast newsletters through Constant Contact
Provide administrative support, reporting, and appointment booking
Requirements: Computer savvy with Office Suite knowledge
Familiarity with Theatre Manager
Personable communication, phone skills, and sales acumen
Ability to multitask and speak publicly
Full time availability, including weekends and flexible scheduling
