- Conduct appointments and unit showings with prospective tenants
- Address resident issues and service requests within 24 hours
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance,



renovations, and capital improvements
- Collect rental payments and administer damage deposits

Requirements:

- Experience in property management, sales, or hospitality management
- Residential property management experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Successful completion of security clearance
