You will support the Physician Compensation Team within Finance and Medical Staff Contracts & Recruitment. The work connects operational contract processes with strategic negotiation processes. It focuses on complex contracts, physician compensation models, funding, implementation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support complex contract process development and strategic review
- Advise managers on contractual decisions and termination policies
- Recommend data and process improvements for medical billing revenues
- Guide billing and reporting implementation for recent contracts
- Resolve complex payment issues and analyze strategic reports
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of physician compensation practices
- Knowledge of Ministry of Health processes and systems
- Knowledge of Health Authority contract negotiation processes
- Ability to support contract implementation and required reporting
- Commitment to Occupational Health and Safety requirements
