Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the accounting team
- Partner with organizational leaders on decision-making
- Support budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Drive process improvement and address root causes

Requirements:

- CPA designation or active CPA student status
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- At least two years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency
- Solid leadership, coaching, and communication skills
