Lead security operations at Agnico Eagle’s Holt Mine Site with expertise in incident management, investigations, and access control. Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly.

Reporting to the General Supervisor, Regional Assets, this supervisor protects employees, contractors, visitors, assets, and facilities. The role leads security personnel while managing CCTV, access control technology, incident response, investigations, and program improvements. Success requires compliance with company policies, safety standards, legislation, and Agnico Eagle’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead patrols, access control, shifts, and personnel assignments
- Monitor CCTV, access technology, and control room operations
- Respond to breaches, theft, vandalism, trespassing, and emergencies
- Conduct inspections,



risk assessments, and hazard identification
- Lead investigations, interviews, reporting, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Five to seven years of relevant security experience
- Valid Ontario Class G license and satisfactory driving record
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification
- Supervisor Common Core and Train-the-Trainer certification
