Reporting to the Culinary Manager, the Cook prepares and delivers foods for residents, guests, and employees. You will review menus and production sheets, follow standardized recipes, and serve meals attractively. The work includes therapeutic diets, temperature audits, and dietary department procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver foods for residents, guests, and employees
- Review menus and production sheets before preparing meals
- Serve meals properly and attractively according to schedules
- Complete daily temperature audits and record findings
- Prepare therapeutic and specialty diets according to menus

Requirements:

- Food Handler's Certificate required
- Large quantity food preparation experience required
- Healthcare or retirement setting experience preferred
- Knowledge of special and therapeutic diets
- Ability to lift heavy, hot items and stand throughout shifts
