Own show settlements and reconciliation for Live Nation Entertainment, using Oracle, Salesforce, and advanced Excel across live events. This is a full-time, fixed-term position.
The Operations Accountant manages full-cycle accounting for each show, from pre-settlement through month-end close. You will partner with promoters, artist representatives, and production staff while recording income statement and balance sheet entries. The work includes payables, receivables, accruals, and contribution-margin reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with pre-settlement and night-of-show artist settlements
- Enter settlements and distribute reports to stakeholders
- Review documentation and backup for audit purposes
- Reconcile revenues, costs, accruals,
and receivables
- Complete month-end close and report contribution margin
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Three to five years of accounting experience
- Strength in payables, receivables, accruals, and cash reconciliation
- Robust Oracle, Salesforce, and advanced Excel capability
- Progress toward or completion of a CPA designation
