CHEO in Ottawa is seeking a Food Service Attendant to support patient meals, formula preparation, tray setup and delivery, and catering events across hospital outlets including Mr Sub, Pizza Pizza and Starbucks.
The role requires a Grade 12 diploma, robust communication and teamwork, ability to work with minimal supervision, and physical stamina. Bilingual English/French is preferred; Laborers’ LIUNA representation applies and accommodation requests are handled by Human Resources.
