As an Accounting Coordinator, you will process invoices, reconcile accounts, coordinate payments, and maintain financial records. The position supports vendor and customer account management, month-end and year-end close activities, expense processing, audits, and finance administration. Splitsville Entertainment operates family entertainment centres featuring bowling, dining, arcades, and laser tag.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, code, approve, and process vendor invoices
- Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation
- Prepare vendor payments and reconcile supplier statements




- Issue customer invoices and allocate received payments
- Maintain reconciliations, aging reports, records, and filing systems

Requirements:

- Two to four years Accounts Payable, Receivable, or bookkeeping experience
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or related studies
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Robust organization, accuracy, communication, and analytical skills
