As a Key Holder, you will support store management by maximizing sales and opening or closing the store. Your work includes customer guidance, product knowledge, fitting-room availability, transaction processing, and sales-floor leadership. You will also maintain presentation standards and follow head-office procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly and answer their product questions
Explain quality, materials, and technical features
Meet and exceed personal sales goals
Manage the sales floor when managers are absent
Open and close the store as required

Requirements:
Previous sales experience
Interest in lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear
Customer-focused listening and service skills

Availability for holidays and longer busy-period hours
