Complete store opening and closing procedures
Maintain inventory counts, reporting, merchandising, and stocking
Resolve unforeseen issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
Retail and customer service experience
Familiarity with point of sale systems
Valid provincial cannabis qualification, including Sellsafe or Cannsell
Legal age and provincial license for the position
Versatile availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Support FOUR20 customers through cannabis education, accurate transactions, inventory care, and welcoming service as a dependable Key Holder.
