AECOM seeks a Commercial Real Estate Program Advisor with stakeholder management skills for an in office airport expansion and construction program.

This newly created position provides management-level support to AECOM’s Real Estate team. You will coordinate space-related requests, support leasing and development activities, and align commercial objectives with project delivery. The work involves tenant engagement, project coordination, and construction phasing.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate space-related requests from the capital program
Align commercial objectives with project delivery
Support tenant relocations and temporary accommodations
Triage requests by impact, risk, and deliverability
Prepare milestone, agreement-date, risk, and mitigation updates

Requirements:
BA or BS plus six years of experience
Equivalent education and experience may be considered
Commercial real estate management experience preferred
Aviation or major infrastructure program experience preferred
Solid stakeholder management skills
