You will support talent management, employee engagement, operational excellence, and internal customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders on talent and employee engagement initiatives
Coach leaders on performance, development, and employee relations
Use analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions




Monitor engagement and recognition programs through floor presence
Drive equitable talent practices and HR technology adoption

Requirements:
Five or more years of international HR experience
Knowledge of local labor law and compliance requirements
Experience supporting hourly employees in operational settings
Experience with Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; master’s degree preferred
