Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and verify required information
Explain collection procedures and confirm test protocol compliance
Perform phlebotomies and ECG tracings
Connect and disconnect Holter monitors
Prepare specimens and documentation for transportation
Requirements: Minimum two years of phlebotomy experience
Approved Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent preferred
ECG training or experience is an asset
Type at least 40 words per minute
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
