What You’ll Need Journeyman Certification or equivalent designation
High School diploma or equivalent




3 years of remote camp experience in an equivalent role
Ability to operate all industrial kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, fryers, mixers, etc)
Literate in English with reading and writing competency
Ability to maintain personal hygiene and uniform cleanliness
Commitment to safety practices and HACCP guidelines
Ability to wear required uniform and PPE (kitchen shirt and pants, slip resistant footwear, hair net/headwear)
What Will Make You Stand Out Baking: 2 years (preferred)
English language proficiency (preferred)
