Serve customers on-site as an NLC Liquor Sales Clerk, using point-of-sale systems and interpersonal skills in a full time retail role.
This NLC stores team position supports responsible alcohol sales and daily retail operations. You will follow the SERVE process, manage inventory, maintain store security, and complete custom orders. Product knowledge seminars support your understanding of merchandise and service.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service through the SERVE process
Operate the point-of-sale system for customer transactions
Receive inventory and maintain product shelving
Complete inventory counts and fill custom orders
Maintain store security and prevent prohibited alcohol sales
Requirements: High School graduation
At least 19 years of age
One year of retail customer service experience
Physical capability to perform required duties
Demonstrated interpersonal skills
Bring retail customer service, inventory control, and responsible sales practices to NLC’s on-site stores team.
