The Cook prepares food according to corporate standards, guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures. Success requires proven restaurant or prep cooking experience, food safety certification, and a recognized cooking school certificate. You will support quality food service through organized preparation, secure storage, and effective communication with operational departments.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, pre-cook, and cook directed food products
Prepare mise en place for high-volume production
Clean kitchen equipment under health and safety procedures
Label, date, store,



and rotate food products
Report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents
Requirements: Proven restaurant cook or prep cook experience
Required Food Safety Certification
Certificate from a recognized cooking school
Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Accuracy, speed, independence, and teamwork
