This regular part time Health Care Aide assignment serves community and facility clients through Grande Prairie Home Care. You will deliver ongoing or short-term support under a patient care plan and facility policies. The work requires personal assistance, patient observation, and communication with families and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver support services for patients, clients, and residents
Assist with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and recreation
Help organize activities and programs for patients
Communicate effectively with patients and health professionals
Work collaboratively across home,



community, and facility care
Requirements: Possess an HCA Certificate and CLHA registration eligibility
Bring one year’s experience across the entire age spectrum
Hold current CPR and an acceptable driver’s abstract
Drive reliably in all weather and road conditions
Accept days, evenings, nights, weekends, and short or long shifts
