Skyline is seeking a full-time Assistant Resident Manager for its Residential Operations team in St. Thomas, Ontario. You will support resident service, administrative duties, cleaning, minor maintenance, and follow-up with current and prospective tenants. The position helps keep properties secure, clean, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities: Support daily building operations and clean common areas
Respond professionally to tenant questions and service requests
Welcome prospective residents and conduct unit showings
Maintain applications, leases, logbooks, inspections, and records




Support suite cleaning, inspections, minor repairs, and painting
Requirements: Strong customer service mindset and genuine desire to help residents
Excellent communication skills for concerns and disputes
Organization, attention to detail, and time management
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
Residential property management or related experience is an asset
