As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will prepare accurate documentation for healthcare and other developments. The Toronto team works across commercial, mixed-use, retail, industrial, hospitality, public, and healthcare projects. Collaboration, mentorship, and complex technical problem solving are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare cartoon sets and production plans
Direct tender documents and construction materials research
Perform Contract Administration with the Contract Administrator
Coordinate consultant work and authorities having jurisdiction




Manage project fees, costs, time, expenses, and invoices
Requirements: Minimum eight to ten years of local experience
Experience as an architectural technologist
Skilled in drawing production and technical document quality control
Familiarity with tendering requirements and bid processes
Ability to maintain accuracy in deadline-driven work
Use healthcare experience, contract administration, and consultant coordination skills to strengthen Kasian’s technical delivery in Toronto.
