Key Responsibilities: Scope and deliver cloud, server, network, site, and security projects
Design and maintain firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and Wi-Fi
Resolve complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical incidents
Mentor technicians and develop documented standards and procedures




Review client environments, risks, lifecycles, and technology roadmaps
Requirements: Five or more years of IT experience
MSP experience with support, projects, and infrastructure strongly preferred
Microsoft 365, cloud, Windows, networking, and endpoint administration
PSA, RMM, backup, BCDR, and mobile support experience
Valid Class 5 BC driver's license and reliable transportation
