Use customer service and radio communication skills as a Scale Attendant General Labourer at SECURE in Kimberley, British Columbia. This full time position follows weekday hours.
Support efficient metals recycling facility operations as SECURE’s first contact for public customers and industrial account holders. Direct traffic through the scale area, coordinate vehicle movements, and assist with material grades. The role includes yard organization, housekeeping, and safety reporting while serving customers, vendors, and the public professionally.
Key Responsibilities: Direct incoming and outgoing traffic through the scale area
Coordinate vehicle movements with yard personnel by radio
Assist with identifying and determining material grades




Sort materials and complete general yard cleanup
Report safety concerns and equipment issues to management
Requirements: Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
Strong customer service, communication, and radio etiquette skills
Ability to follow workplace health and safety requirements
Ability to complete safety documentation accurately and promptly
Ability to perform physical labour in varied weather
Bring protected traffic coordination, customer service, and yard support skills to SECURE’s Kimberley metals recycling facility.
