This Warehouse Coordinator role oversees shipping, receiving, inventory activity, renewal parts, and job-site deliveries. Responsibilities include coordinating service and maintenance for fleet vehicles, maintaining vehicle and equipment logs, and selecting practical routes. You will also load and unload freight, organize consumables, and support warehouse safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate material deliveries to job sites as requested
Drive vehicles with tandem open utility trailers attached
Determine productive routes while avoiding truck-restricted roads




Load and unload freight for warehouse and field needs
Maintain vehicle, rental equipment, and safety equipment records
Requirements: Appropriate driver’s license
Ability to balance high-volume activities and changing priorities
Customer-focused approach to improving performance
Clear presentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
