As Fit4Less Manager, you lead Club Associates and manage processes supporting clean, safe, and friendly experiences. You oversee direct reports through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, learning, development, and performance management. The position also requires revenue awareness, expense control, communication, and action planning.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Associates in daily club operations and expectations
Ensure consistent friendly customer service for Members
Complete and lead cleanliness and safety practices
Resolve escalated member complaints and concerns
Achieve revenue goals while controlling location expenses
Requirements: High School Diploma
Experience leading, training, and engaging teams
Experience exceeding individual and team sales goals
Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
Basic proficiency with computers, technology, and Microsoft applications
