ICBC’s Information Services Division seeks an IT Service Desk Representative for its North Vancouver Head Office location. You will support employees and business partners by phone in a call center workplace. The work includes computer systems, applications, equipment, network, and telephone systems.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries and resolve simple to moderately complex technical issues
Process standard requests for systems, applications, equipment, networks, and telephones
Gather customer information and analyze issues using diagnostic tools
Determine probable causes and take corrective action
Document standards, procedures,



and solutions in shared knowledge bases
Requirements: Excellent customer service across multiple requests and communication media
Ability to explain technical procedures clearly to non-technical audiences
Experience with computer systems, applications, networks, and diagnostic tools
Minimum six months’ service desk experience in computer operations
Recent post-secondary computer education leading to diploma or certificate
Bring service desk experience, technical diagnosis, and clear communication to ICBC’s IT support team in British Columbia.
