Support SEPHORA clients and store security at BC-Pacific Centre with qualified service, theft prevention, and clear incident reporting. Work full time in Vancouver.
This Asset Protection Partner helps protect store assets while maintaining operational controls that reduce shortage. You will provide knowledgeable client service, observe sales-floor activity, use CCTV, and follow SEPHORA policies and applicable laws. The position also includes coaching employees, preparing inventories, and communicating findings with Leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly, professional, knowledgeable client service
Observe and document suspected external theft activity
Follow apprehension, search, seizure, and evidence policies




Train employees on store loss prevention awareness
Assist Leadership with inventory preparation and processes
Requirements: One year of retail loss prevention experience
Strong listening, interviewing, and communication abilities
Composure when coaching loss prevention techniques
Windows, Word, and Excel proficiency is desirable
Availability across multiple locations within the market
Use client service, asset protection, and operational control skills to support SEPHORA’s Vancouver retail team.
