This PIA Client Service Associate role supports an Investment Advisor or team of Advisors across diverse assignments. You will prepare meeting materials, analyze client accounts, communicate about products and services, and coordinate referrals. The position also requires familiarity with compliance, full-service brokerage enquiries, marketing approvals, and risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities: Support Advisors with documentation before client meetings
Analyze client accounts through reporting and customer communication
Accept leads and complete accurate referral administration




Submit marketing materials for approval and maintain packages
Handle enquiries using full-service brokerage knowledge
Requirements: One to two years in banking or administrative work
Investment Representative licensing with CIRO required
Solid communication skills for cooperative client relationships
Ability to work confidentially and independently
Investment product knowledge is an asset
Use communication, reporting, compliance awareness, and administrative expertise to strengthen Advisor support and client experiences within TD Private Investment Advice.
