The position combines front-counter service, project quotations, order processing, returns, and sales monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers through front-counter sales and inquiries
Generate quotations, sales orders, and returns accurately
Support Outside Sales with calls and projects
Process orders across multiple channels
Monitor stock, pricing, sales, and open orders
Requirements: Three or more years of customer service experience
High school completion and basic mathematical skills
Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to learn current software programs
