Lead winter attractions operations at Blue Mountain with coaching, safety, and service recovery responsibilities across outdoor guest experiences.
As Supervisor, Mountain Adventures, you will support Woodview Skating, Big Dipper Tubing, and Canopy Climb operations. You will assist the Assistant Manager with training content and standard operating procedures. The position emphasizes staff coordination, guest experience, employee experience, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: Work alongside staff across all attraction operation areas
Set expectations, motivate employees, coach performance, and recognize results
Implement policies and procedures while ensuring compliance
Prepare, execute,



and document comprehensive departmental training plans
Assess daily operations, delays, and opening or closing times
Requirements: Two years of leadership experience
Two or more years in winter attractions or recreation
Previous Mountain Adventures Team experience
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Understanding of labour cost control and process efficiencies
Apply leadership, coaching, safety, and operational judgment across Blue Mountain’s winter attractions and Mountain Adventures team.
