Key Responsibilities:
Enter and manage customized Life Science customer orders
Monitor orders from entry through shipment
Confirm packaging configurations and customer specifications




Offer alternate products and configurations when unavailable
Investigate inquiries and identify corrective actions

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Two or more years of customer service experience
One or more years using SAP and Salesforce
Solid organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing processes
