Precision Record Pressing seeks a Press Operator for its Burlington team. The position involves reading work orders, setting up extruders and hydraulic or pneumatic presses, monitoring production, and restocking materials. Operators perform quality audits, troubleshoot malfunctions, maintain equipment, and support production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate vinyl presses according to customer specifications and safety standards
- Read work orders and production schedules for conformance
- Set up, start, shut down, and monitor machines




- Perform quality audits and visual inspections during manufacturing
- Maintain equipment, cleanliness, productivity, and waste reduction

Requirements:

- Availability for straight night shifts from 11pm to 7am
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work safely with mandatory CSA steel-toed boots
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
