Key Responsibilities:

- Execute strategies supporting revenue, market growth, pipeline, and partnership objectives
- Identify and pursue opportunities across targeted industries and regions
- Build prospect pipelines through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach




- Develop relationships with decision-makers, advisors, and community organizations
- Support proposals, presentations, and complex sales pursuits

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in business, insurance, or related studies
- Five to ten years of progressive insurance experience required
- Experience building referral networks and strategic partnerships
- Experience supporting revenue or market share growth
- Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker Level II General Insurance License
