Partners Development Group Ltd. seeks a New Home Sales Associate for its Calgary communities. You will work with the Area Sales Manager to meet sales targets and business objectives. The role requires sales, customer service, communication, organization, and contract administration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and deliver qualified sales presentations
- Demonstrate home features, benefits, models, and product offerings
- Follow up on sales leads and referrals
- Prepare purchase agreements, amendments, and deposit receipts
- Act as primary customer liaison throughout home building

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of sales and customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, HB.One, Acrobat, and DocuSign
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Administrative experience with contracts and sales agreements
- CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is an asset
