Coordinate SkirtsAfire HerArts Festival in Edmonton using arts administration and event management experience. This part time contract averages 20 flexible schedule weekly.

The Festival Manager works closely with the Festival Director to produce a growing multidisciplinary arts festival. Responsibilities span administration, marketing, audience development, fund development, and operational coordination. The festival features women’s work in theatre, music, dance, comedy, visual art, and spoken word.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support production of the four day SkirtsAfire festival
- Manage festival venues, artists, and front of house
- Oversee administration, marketing, and audience development
- Lead fund development activities for the festival
- Supervise Box Office, Volunteer, and Concession Managers

Requirements:

- Passion for the SkirtsAfire HerArts Festival
- Ideally, experience in arts administration
- Ideally, experience in event management
- Availability for extended full time festival hours
- Ability to work flexible part time contract hours
