As a Payroll Advisor within P&C; Operations, you will apply payroll expertise across federal and provincial environments. Your work supports Total Rewards processes, compliance, year-end delivery, and operational improvements. You will also provide guidance, analysis, and recommendations to leaders and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute or support semi-monthly and monthly payrolls
- Ensure payroll inputs and outputs meet requirements
- Lead year-end payroll processes and documentation updates
- Enhance SAP payroll use and support deliverables
- Maintain compliance with audit and government expectations
Requirements:
- Five-plus years of payroll and compliance experience
- Experience across federal and provincial environments
- Experience across Canada, United States, United Kingdom, and EMEA
- Proficiency with Excel and SAP HR and Finance modules
- PCP designation and Business degree or diploma
