Use bilingual communication and negotiation skills as a Remarketing Specialist with Toyota Financial Services in Markham, Ontario. This is a hybrid, 12-month contract.

Reporting to the Manager of Remarketing, you will support Toyota and Lexus dealerships and customers across Canada. The work covers lease-end administration, customer contact, dealer communication, and vehicle disposal. Communication, negotiation, flexibility, and proactive follow-up are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage remarketing lists and follow up on overdue leased vehicles
- Invoice excess kilometers, wear, missing equipment, payments, and fees
- Answer calls and process paperwork, extensions, and dealer reports
- Resolve lease-end issues involving dealers, customers,



invoices, and deposits
- Prepare vehicles for auction disposal within required timelines

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to connect with dealerships and customers
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive approach
- Inbound and outbound call center experience is an asset
