As a Project Manager, you will manage commercial and corporate office fit-outs for an Enterprise account. The work spans design, procurement, construction, furniture installation, workplace transition, and close-out. You will coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects and workstreams through design, construction, and close-out
Establish budgets, schedules, and project delivery strategies
Coordinate workplace technology, furniture, IT, AV, and security installations
Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, quality,



safety, and scope
Manage procurement, contracts, change orders, and project close-out

Requirements:
Minimum five years managing construction and fit-out projects
Commercial or corporate office fit-out delivery experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Robust construction, procurement, contracts, and project controls understanding
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools
