As part of Rexel Canada’s Westburne banner, you will build customer relationships across electrical products and solutions. You will answer inquiries, maintain customer records, process orders, and connect customers with field sales representatives. The role also supports project management teams and sales initiatives while strengthening brand recognition. Prior inside sales experience and a valid driver’s license are required.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with Westburne customers
Provide consistently high levels of customer service
Maintain accurate customer database information

Requirements: One to two years of prior inside sales experience
Proven customer communication and relationship-building ability
Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge
Valid driver’s license
