Key Responsibilities: Greet customers politely and provide excellent customer service
Resolve customer and associate concerns appropriately
Delegate front-end operations and coordinate breaks
Lead daily Team Huddles and communicate updates
Develop associates through teaching, training, and feedback
Requirements: Be 16 years of age or older
Follow safe work processes and emergency procedures
Maintain clean, safe, hazard-free work areas
Complete GTA and Workday tasks
Support performance, growth, recruiting, and hiring activities
