Support adult learners and staff as a Site Coordinator with Continuing Education HWDSB at Hamilton locations, serving day or evening shifts.
Reporting to Continuing Education coordinators and the Principal of CE, casual Site Coordinators support Adult Learning programs. The work includes visitor service, student registration, attendance duties, phone coverage, and site monitoring. Available contracts may renew annually each September.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, staff, and students
Answer phones and register students
Complete attendance duties accurately
Monitor physical premises and follow up on maintenance
Perform light cleaning and meet health and safety requirements
Requirements: Excellent communication and people skills
Customer service attitude serving diverse cultures and ages
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of SharePoint and OneDrive
High School diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
Bring accurate administration, customer service, and communication skills to Adult Learning sites across Continuing Education HWDSB.
