Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior role owns how Falco Logistics finds, hires, develops, and retains talent. You will focus mainly on recruiting commission-driven sales professionals while building scalable People processes. The scope includes onboarding, retention, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, and Ontario employment practices.
Key Responsibilities: Build pipelines for freight brokers and revenue-generating sales professionals
Own sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
Develop scalable recruitment processes, scorecards, and hiring timelines
Build onboarding, retention, performance, and development processes




Manage employee relations, HR policies, payroll, benefits, and systems
Requirements: Five-plus years of progressive Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HR experience
Hands-on Ontario employment practices and ESA experience
Proven success recruiting commission-based or quota-carrying sales professionals
Experience scaling organizations and building People or HR processes
Legal authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
