Lead nursing services at Riverview Post Acute as a Registered Nurse, coordinating clinical operations, staffing, compliance, and resident care.
This full time RN 12 position supports the Director of Nursing Services in a long term care facility. You will maintain nursing procedures, coordinate personnel, participate in quality assurance, and support resident admissions, transfers, discharges, and care planning. The role also requires communication with physicians, families, committees, government agencies, and facility leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Director with daily nursing service operations
Maintain nursing policies, procedures, manuals, and reference materials
Coordinate staffing, assignments, supervision, and personnel compliance
Participate in quality assurance, surveys,



and facility committees
Monitor residents and report changes in condition
Requirements: Registered Nurse qualification for assigned nursing responsibilities
Ability to supervise licensed nurses and nursing assistants
Ability to complete reports, evaluations, charting, and medical forms
Ability to protect resident health information and facility access credentials
Ability to follow long term care regulations and procedures
Use registered nursing leadership, staffing coordination, documentation, and resident assessment skills at Riverview Post Acute.
