This full-time, year-round Residence Operations Associate role combines property upkeep, light maintenance, residence preparation, and guest service. You will support a small team while helping keep 22 private homes and three Guest Suites arrival-ready. The work includes indoor and outdoor tasks across a slopeside residential community.
Key Responsibilities: Keep entrances, walkways, common areas, and facilities protected
Complete minor maintenance and troubleshoot basic household issues
Prepare residences with linens, amenities, and inspections




Respond to Owner and Guest requests professionally
Drive the property shuttle and share Whistler recommendations
Requirements: Positive attitude, initiative, reliability, and practical judgment
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Valid Class 5 British Columbia driver's license
Current Canadian work authorisation and Sea to Sky accommodation
