AgeCare seeks Licensed Practical Nurses for rural and select urban British Columbia communities, offering relocation support up to $10,000.
Reporting to the Director of Care, the LPN delivers compassionate, goal-directed care in accordance with provincial standards. This position supports residents through assessments, medications, treatments, education, transitions, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with care teams through person-centered practice
Implement and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Educate residents and families about health conditions
Assist resident move-ins, discharges, and transfers
Address concerns through timely follow-up or escalation
Requirements: Current Licensed Practical Nurse registration in applicable jurisdiction
Senior care or long-term care experience preferred
Gerontology or rehabilitation background considered an asset
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management
Proficiency with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office
Use your LPN expertise, family education, and person-centered care skills while supporting AgeCare residents throughout British Columbia.
