Use bilingual communication and negotiation skills as a Remarketing Specialist with Toyota Financial Services in Markham, Ontario. This is a hybrid, 12-month contract.
Reporting to the Manager of Remarketing, you will support Toyota and Lexus dealerships and customers across Canada. The work covers lease-end administration, customer contact, dealer communication, and vehicle disposal. Communication, negotiation, flexibility, and proactive follow-up are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities: Manage remarketing lists and follow up on overdue leased vehicles
Invoice excess kilometers, wear, missing equipment, payments, and fees
Answer calls and process paperwork, extensions, and dealer reports
Resolve lease-end issues involving dealers, customers, invoices,



and deposits
Prepare vehicles for auction disposal within required timelines
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to connect with dealerships and customers
Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive approach
Inbound and outbound call center experience is an asset
